Hailey Reid

Teacher

Hailey Reid discovered her love for dance at the age of three, and what began as a recreational passion quickly grew into a lifelong commitment to the art form. Eager to expand her training, she transitioned into the competitive program where she developed a strong technical foundation in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary.

Throughout her dance journey, Hailey has embraced a variety of meaningful performance opportunities, including performing as a member of the ensemble in Ballet Jörgen’s Swan Lake, participating in the Brock Dance Benefit, and performing with the 2022 Let It Glow Dance Company. She also attended Laura Secord Secondary School, where she earned her DNA Arts Certificate and proudly served as Ballet Team Captain for two consecutive years.

Hailey’s passion for education extends beyond the studio. She is a graduate of Niagara College, where she earned her diploma in Early Childhood Education along with a certificate in Autism & Behavioural Sciences. Her educational background has provided her with the knowledge and skills to create supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environments where dancers of all ages and abilities can thrive.

As an educator, Hailey is passionate about helping every student build confidence, develop strong technical foundations, and discover the joy of artistic expression. She believes dance has the power to inspire, empower, and create meaningful connections, and she is committed to ensuring every dancer feels valued, encouraged, and celebrated throughout their journey.

Hailey is excited to join the Cre8 Dance Academy family and looks forward to inspiring the next generation of dancers while helping bring the studio’s vision of excellence, kindness, and community to life.
