Celina discovered her passion for dance at a young age, and that passion has continued to shape her journey both as a performer and educator. She trained extensively in contemporary, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and open, building an exceptional competitive career filled with numerous overall titles, special awards, and judges’ recognitions. She became especially known for her captivating storytelling, emotional depth, and artistic expression on stage.
Committed to lifelong learning, Celina continues to further her education through teacher training programs, mentorship, workshops, and professional development opportunities. She believes that exceptional dance education goes beyond technique, focusing on nurturing confident, expressive, and well-rounded artists.
Having trained for many years under the direction and mentorship of Cre8 Dance Academy founder Melissa Silva, Celina brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and artistic insight into every class she teaches. Her thoughtful approach, creativity, and ability to connect with students allow her to inspire dancers to discover their own unique voice while developing a strong technical foundation.
Celina is thrilled to be joining the Cre8 Dance Academy family and is honoured to help bring the community to life. She looks forward to inspiring the next generation of dancers in an environment where every student feels seen, supported, encouraged, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
