Specializing in tap, jazz, ballet and lyrical, Caroline has earned numerous choreography awards for her innovative and engaging competitive work. Her diverse teaching experience also includes ballet, hip hop, acro, musical theatre, and heels, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to every classroom.

She also holds her Artistic Dance Educators Teacher Certification and is a qualified tap dance instructor, continually expanding her knowledge to provide the highest quality training for her students.
Beyond the studio, Caroline shared her passion for dance as an instructor at Queen’s University, where she taught dance while serving as Captain of the University’s Performance Dance Team. During her time there, several of her choreographic works were selected for university showcases. Her own dance achievements include being named Senior Overall Dancer at her home studio in 2014 and receiving the Proficiency Excellence in Dance Award the following year.
Alongside her career in dance, Caroline is an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) and works as an elementary school educator. Her background in education, combined with her experience teaching through the Gotta Dance Program in elementary schools, has strengthened her ability to connect with students of all ages and learning styles.
Caroline believes that every dancer deserves to feel supported, inspired, and capable of achieving their personal best. She is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where confidence, discipline, and artistry flourish. Through patience, positivity, and genuine care for each student, Caroline strives to instill not only strong technical skills but also a lifelong love of dance.
